This class is aimed to developing and strengthening breathing functions and prevent from discomfort symptoms. It has beneficial for eczema, sinus and asthmatic or other people who struggle with breathing issues. It is also beneficial for depression, anxiety, PTSD and many other discomfort symptoms.
