NZR (short for NZR Real Estate) was formed in 2014 by Blair Stevens, Peter and Nicola Barnett and Jamie Proude, with 90 years of combined experience in the real estate, stock and station, and rural banking industries between them. Having worked together in corporate styled real estate companies for many years, it became clear that like most service industries, technology was changing real estate - enabling smarter marketing, to wider audiences with less reliance on bricks, mortar and print media. Using this technology enables them to place clients’ properties in front of the same buyer audience (and often wider) as other companies. Having also seen a significant trend across the country, of top performing real estate professionals moving away from “big brands” to their own, they felt the time was right to back their abilities and start their own business – we have just ticked over 6 years of very successful business.
