First National Collective Hawera

First National Collective is a real estate company evolved from and founded on it's predecessor First National Allied Farmers, who successfully serviced the Taranaki province for over 120 years.

The business was purchased in April 2013 by existing real estate agents Shawn Gibbon and Owen Mills and their wives Pam and Mary.

We have been a member of the New Zealand and Australia wide First National Group since 1999, offering a much broader base of client connections and referrals and the ability to capitalise on the national network while retaining the advantage of local ownership and identity.

Our offices are situated in Stratford, Hawera and New Plymouth and specialise in the marketing of residential, rural, lifestyle and commercial properties, as well as providing rental Property Management services.

The long established rural sales side of the business has for many years performed particularly well, traditionally achieving a market share of 50% or greater of farm sales in Taranaki each year.

About this property
This freehold 759m2 (approx.) section, tucked away at the bottom of Leicester Street in a sheltered north facing position catches the sun while you take in the lovely river views, high tide, low tide it's an ever-changing vista with a rural aspect. The section has water connected and potential to investigate the power connection as there was a powered site in the past, as well as a telecom box. There is a concrete pad where a shed once stood, and it is fenced on 3 sides.
This would make a wonderful build site or look into your options of relocating or tiny home living. Lots of room for gardening and recreational activities with the beach, boat ramp and river nearby not to mention the hydro dam and mountain in the vicinity.
