COME JOIN US FOR A CUPPA AND FELLOWSHIP
We run a women’s group called Home League at The Salvation Army Church here in Tawa. It is held every Wednesday from 10 am when we start with morning tea and then an activity from 10.30am until 11.30am at 177 Main Road, Tawa. This group is for women of all ages. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
