Are you worried about a family member, a close friend or yourself? We all need some help at times.

Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Illness and Stress or just feeling overwhelmed with life is affecting so many people of all ages these days and everyone seem to know someone else who is not well in one way or another. I have been facilitating 7-28 day live-in health retreats in New Zealand for 14 years and am open to discuss a non live-in option where you would receive the same program content more spread over several weeks. Initially we just would talk by phone or skype and see if what I can offer is something worth considering and we will take it from there. My retreats are based on a one on one basis and so will any program we would discuss so to stay focused on the goals of the one needing some support right now.
