Locals fuming over construction waste dumping in Auckland's Hobsonville
Hi neighbours
Construction waste dumping in Hobsonville is resulting in streets and parks littered with pieces of concrete and polystyrene.
Frustrated locals have had enough, and are banded together to organise a clean-up day on Saturday.
Upper Harbour Local Board is spending over $50,000 to employ a staff member to advise builders to tidy up their waste, and claim there's been some improvement.
