Scam call
Had a call yesterday from a supposed Spark employee wanting to arrange a time to send a technician to update our fibre optic broadband to 5G. Suspicious, I played a long to see what the scam might be. While credible at first, the questions moved to what I used my computer for and when I refused to answer these he rang off.
The "arrange a time to send a technician" was to appear credible and gain trust, followed by the scam.
