Healthy Home Assessor - Whanganui

As a part of the Energy Workshop Team you will assess residential properties to identify its current Healthy Home Status and recommend a variety of solutions to create a healthier home through Insulation - Ventilation - Heat & Cool - Efficiency solutions that we both supply and install.
As our assessments are comprehensive for all of our customers, you must be comfortable with moving around roof spaces and the underfloor areas of properties.

Having previous assessor and sale experience and or industry knowledge would be a huge advantage here as we are looking for quality assessors with a good eye for detail and understanding of customers needs.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Whanganui or Marton Area.

We are a locally owned and operated stable company with growth opportunities for Positive, Professional, Proactive and Productive people.

We are a primary provider to a large number of property management groups for compliance with the Healthy Homes Guarantees Act.

We are also a EECA Warmer Kiwi Home service provider meaning that we are one of very few that can offer Insulation to eligible home owners to insulate there properties with 90% of funding coming from the government and on a case by case basis the ability to do it free, with third party funding.

You will have a level of leads to pursue but there is a strong expectation to promote, identify and create opportunities for your own assessments - which we have a number of tools and experience to assist you in, but you will need to beat the street both physically and digitally.

You will be provided with a company vehicle and phone as well as all tools and safety equipment required to complete the role. Earnings will be based on your experience and so will be made up of Commission only, Base with Commissions or Salary.
