b) Why can't they use either the area currently leased to Wilson Parking or the old Toyota yard?
c) Aren't all the businesses in that part of the complex ones that the tourist will want to visit?

Over 100 sculptures by 50 Northland artists will take their places in the Whangārei Quarry Gardens this month.
