WATERMAN, Sylvia Violet

Died peacefully at Christchurch Hospital on June 12, 2021, aged 76 years. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Bev and late Errol, Ron and Barbara, Ken (deceased) and Ronita, Trevor and Lorraine (Gold Coast), Shirley and Bill. Much loved and adored aunty of all her nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Christchurch Hospital for their care of Sylvia and their empathy and helpfulness to family and friends in Sylvia’s last few days. The family would also like to acknowledge the wonderful care given to Sylvia at St John of God Hospital, Halswell, and it was Sylvia’s wish that in lieu of flowers, donations to ‘St John of God Hauora Trust’ would be appreciated, and may be made at the service. The Service to celebrate Sylvia’s life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Thursday, June 17 at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.
