VAN WOERKOM, Antonius Theodorus Maria (Tony)
Passed away suddenly but peacefully with his family on February 26, 2021, aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband for 67 years of Isabel. Treasured and respected father and father-in-law of the late Antoinette; Francis and Clare; and Yolanda and Tony Phibbs. Proud Opa of Gregory, Nadia and Melaney; Theo, Isabella and Toby; and Georgia and Jessica. A fun loving Great-Opa of his 8 great-grandsons. Whilst we will miss him dearly we are so grateful for many happy memories. In accordance with Tony’s wishes a private service has been held.
