After a community meeting of 14 residents living in the area of Warrington, Berwick and surrounding streets, it was decided we opposed the proposed Cranford street changes, specifically the changes effecting our area.
The main reasons....and there were numerous..... Were
Lack of consultation within the community.
No other route options apparent or offered.
Lack of public transport or ride-sharing initiatives to reduce single car traffic commuting.
An increase in traffic from districts outside the city, yet our community will pay the costs socially and financially for this urban sprawl.
Various area specific problems along the route to name just a few- 3 sets of traffic lights in 3 residential blocks. -loss of street parking for all people using St Albans park......etc
If you are opposed to the road changes to Warrington, Berwick and surrounding areas please sign the petition we intend to hand to council and the local MP. The community must be heard and consulted.

This is a unique franchise system. You the owner, control the coffee process from start to finish. This is achieved through the on-site processes of roasting green beans – taking the raw product and transforming it into something magical.
It is currently running fully managed and would be perfectly suited to a passionate individual or partnership who understands what this café is all about.
