White rabbit

There is a white rabbit sitting on Hussey Road this morning. It is more towards the Northwood end, before you reach Willowbank. It is unusual to see wild rabbits in daylight and I’m not sure wild rabbits are white? So thinking it may be domesticated and someone has lost it.

Rural areas were particularly bad, especially in the South Island, they said.
