Don't Book airbnb while covid19 is still around.

Kevin from Unsworth Heights

We booked a trip to CH-CH through airbnb to commence on 1st March. Only to find we couldn't go because of Auckland going into Level 3. Jetstar gave us an immediate voucher. Our "Host" at airbnb in Ch-Ch, refunded the CLEANING fee only. Are they one of the "5 million" don't think so. Then we find out airbnb have a policy that they will not give refunds, following their policy if you book after 1st March 2020.
Best bet save your money and don't book through airbnb. (Friends booked through Booking.com and got a refund immediately).
