This year is even tougher for men - Help by sponsoring me for The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride
As we continue with the global pandemic around the world and our focus has been diverted, we still need to support this important cause.
The 2020 ride will be a solo event to comply with social distancing rules and we will be riding on the same day and for the same cause, but it will be solo... Socially distanced, but globally connected.
Last year, 116 000 riders from 104 countries raised 6 million USD for The Movember Foundation.
This year is different, due to the current situation, we do not have a target but working together to raise what we can to help with men's mental health and prostate cancer research
Prostate cancer affects more men than any other cancer, taking the lives of 307,000 men each year. That number is surpassed by 500,000 men dying from suicide.
Please reach out and give what you can, help support me on my ride by going to www.gentlemansride.com... and making a donation.
From the bottom of my heart,
Your neighbour,
Steve
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
Do you think this ban is reasonable?
