The South Auckland Branch is one of 50 national branches working on a variety of conservation activities including re-forestation, lobbying, bird monitoring and weed-busting. We are the only independent, community-based voice for nature in our region and our members and supporters have responded to many threats to the local environment and in doing so helped shape the attitude of our South Auckland community. Our monthly meetings are open to the public and always feature presentations on a diverse range of local and national topics. We have an active Kiwi Conservation Club with exciting activities that introduce children to nature and teach them to value native plants and animals.
