The house is 140 sqm 3 bedroom modern north facing with lots of sunlight, warm and some sea view.
There is a little tropical garden and a balcony upstairs for relaxing, both are very sunny all day and at night great for a BBQ and a wine on the deck.

The house is in 3 levels and positioned high up and is very private overlooking Long Bay.
The house got an open sunny balcony with a smaller living kitchen and dining area.
The middle level in the house is a hallway where the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are and a door out to the back of the garden.

Walking distance down to Long Bay beach, Bush Walks, Long Bay shops and Torbay shops, Restaurants and Supermarkets, Schools and Kindergartens.
Browns Bay and Albany is close by with heaps of other shops, Restaurants, Bars, Cafe's. 

North Shore Mall is just 5 kilometre away. Auckland/Viaduct is 15 Kilometre away, bus stop just from my doorstep.

North Shore offers lots to do like golf, tennis, vineyards, bush walks, swimming, shopping, cafes, bars & restaurants etc.

Fully furnished, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV, Internet, Power and Water all included.

Price staying 2 months or more all inclusive Water, Power and Internet $1150 Per week (Two weeks deposit + Two weeks notice when living) for 2 people. Extra people $100 per week
Price staying under 2 months (minimum stay 2 weeks) all inclusive Water, Power and Internet $1590 per week (Two weeks deposit + Two weeks notice when living).
The house is normally used for Airbnb.
