Two Airbnb rooms are avaliable for a period of time of 1 week till 8 months
Hi there!
I have two furnished rooms for rent in my house with a feel of living in a mini-resort.
They are both available from anytime soon.
The house is situated right between two beaches - a 2 minute walk to Rothesay Bay beach and a 5 minute walk to Browns Bay beach and town with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
One room is down the end of the house sharing a lounge, bathroom and toilet with another guy living in this end of the house as well.
The cost per week is $290 for one person +$80 for power, water and internet if staying longer than 2 months.
The other room is a private large furnished en-suite with a queen bed, desk and a small lounge. It has a private bathroom, toilet, Netflix, fridge and two private balconies. It is available for a few months if needed.
The en-suite is $490 per week for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week is $100.
The house is large and has another living, lounge, dining and kitchen areas to share plus many decks and a great outside area with swimming pool, BBQ and table tennis.
The house is set up as a holiday house, which is why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.
At the moment I have another two nice mature guys staying in the house as well.
The house is big, so there is still heaps of space for privacy.
