Hello, my name is Winnie Li and I am a trained Tui Na massage therapist who graduated in 2002 from the school of Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, and I am currently studying Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture here in NZ. Having previously worked in Singapore for two years as a Tui Na massage therapist and with continued experience I am now available to offer Tui Na massage in Auckland.

Tui Na (pronounced Twee-Nah) is a form of deep tissue therapy that has been used in China for more than 5000 years. It focuses on maintaining overall balance with both physical and mental health and can bring the following benefits:

- Increasing flexibility in the joints and improves posture
- Relieving chronic pain
- Strengthening the body’s resistance to disease
- Speeding the healing of injuries
- Improving athletic performance

Tui Na is also able to alleviate stress related disorders like: insomnia, headaches, migraines, disorders related to digestion, respiratory and reproductive system.
